Uninstall Window Media Player 11 from Windows XP

Unlike other programs, Windows Media Player 11 itself does not provide a removal option which makes it difficult to be uninstalled. Under normal condition, Windows Media Player 11 can be uninstalled from Windows Add/Remove Programs, as what you can see in the screenshot below, if it is listed there.
If Windows Media Player 11 corrupted or not listed there, it can be thoroughly and safely uninstalled with the Force Uninstall function of Perfect Uninstaller under the safe mode. - Step Two: Click “Next” to remove all associated entries of Windows Media Player 11 that Perfect Uninstaller has found.

- Step three: Navigate to the directory like C:\Program Files\Windows Media Connect 2 in the hard drive, and then right click the folder to select “Force Uninstall” to activate the removal.



- Step four: Follow the on-screen steps to finish the removal.
Last but not least, Perfect Uninstaller can completely uninstall Windows Media Player 11, but also all other versions of Windows Media Player from windows XP.
